'taktilni obrazi zemlje in prostora / tactile faces of the earth and the space'
Ivana Petan (1974., Zagreb), umjetinca. Nakon diplome Socialne pedagogije i magisterija iz Teorije i filozofije vizualne kulture, posvetila sam se glini i geomantiji. Uz umjetnički rad sudjelujem na keramičkim simpozijima, izlažem samostalno i sudjelujem na grupnim izložbama te surađujem u projektima geomantskih istraživanja i litopunkturnog klesanja. Živim i radim u Sloveniji, između Ljubljane i Nove vasi na slovenskom kršu.
Ivana Petan (1974, Zagreb), artist. After my diploma in Social Pedagogy and master degree in Theory and Philosophy of VIsual Culture, I devoted myself to clay and geomancy. Beside my artwok, I participate in ceramic symposiums, exhibit solo and participate in group exhibitions, lead ceramic workshops and courses, and co-create in projects of geomantic reasearch and lithopuncture carving. I live and work in Slovenia, Between Ljubljana and Nova vas in Karst region.



“Pjesma zemlje”
Skulpture pod nazivom “Pjesma zemlje” nastale su patchwork tehnikom, bez predodređene ideje o obliku, neglazirane su i imaju teksturiranu površinu. Cilj njihovog pozicioniranja u prirodi je otvoriti dijalog između skulptura i prirodne biosfere njihovog pozicioniranja, kako bi se omogućila komunikacija i suradnja bez uplitanja čovjeka. izložbeni prostor će se redovito posjećivati kako bi se dokumentirali svi vidljivi otisci prirode na skulpturama kroz nadolazeće godine.
“Song of the Earth”
Sculptures, titled “Song of the Earth” were created with patchwork technique, without predetermined idea of their shape, are unglazed and with textured surface. The aim of positioning them in the nature is to open a dialogue between sculptures and natural biosphere of their positioning, to allow communication and collaboration without human interference. The exhibition place will be regularly visited so that any visible nature imprints on the sculptures will be documented through coming years.
